How does M-PESA sync work? ↓
The app reads incoming M-PESA SMS notifications, matches transactions to member phone numbers, and records them automatically. You grant read-SMS permission once during setup — nothing else required. Works on both Android and Windows.
Does one license cover both Windows and Android? ↓
Yes! A single license key works on both platforms. Install on your Windows PC and your Android phone — the same key activates both. Pro and Premium plans sync data between devices automatically.
Can I use it on more than one computer? ↓
Yes. Pro and Premium licenses include cloud sync. Install on as many devices as you need — data stays in sync when you're connected to the internet.
Is my data backed up? ↓
Data is stored locally on your device. Pro and Premium plans also sync to the cloud automatically. You can export a full backup to Excel or PDF at any time.
What if my chama grows beyond the Basic limit? ↓
You can upgrade to Pro at any time — just pay the difference (KES 1,000). Your existing data carries over completely.
What if I need help setting up? ↓
We help every customer set up over WhatsApp. Premium plans include priority support with same-day response. Most chamas are up and running within an afternoon.
Why isn't the Android app on the Play Store? ↓
Publishing to the Play Store requires annual fees and a review process that can take weeks. To keep FetroSheets affordable with a one-time price, we distribute the APK directly. Installing from outside the Play Store is safe — simply enable "Install from unknown sources" in your phone settings when prompted.
